which would you think win? i have no clue, i guess itd be a tie for me, i like pirates because of Pirates of the Carribean (Johnny Depp^_~) but i also like the the whole "hiding in the shadows" thing for ninjas... :D

Neither would win, they would resolve their differences and team up to destroy the evil robots and martians. They would be known as Pinjas. :)

Ninjas, unless the pirates are undead, then pirates.
Ninjas can blend into shadows, throw smoke bombs, scale walls, move silently and kill without a sound. The Pirate achilles heel is the fact that they always get drunk and getting drunk=letting down their guard.
Drunken pirates are no match for sober ninjas. Case closed...unless the pirates are undead.

There was a scene in THE ISLAND (the one from 1980 by Peter Benchley) where the pirates and some martial arts dude fight. He didn't have the ninja suit on, and he got killed......but not as fast as the other people.

I have to say this is a tough one. I am from both sides of the street. My father was a man of the sea, and my mother was a rouge assasin from Japan. They met on day while my father was on shore leave in the Takagawa provience of Japan. And the rest is history. I am a Pirate-Ninja. And proud to be one.

One USMC sniper team would kill ever pirate and ninja (if they really existed, which is historically debated) that ever existed at once.
