If you are going to post a question asking for help bypassing the rules and regulations of your employer, then you can expect to get answers like you got. If you don't like the answers you get, don't post the question! Frankly, I hope you find a way, get caught and are fired.

When you do, and HR finds your logs on the server, you will be fired. Stupid. The filter is there because the company doesn't want workers surfing those blocked places!

Bet it is "you tube", and "my space", or else pr0n!
They all attract virus and malware that screws up the servers!

Google for free proxies. You can use these unless your proxy has these blocked as well. Keep in mind if you are caught, that is usually grounds for termination. Most employers make you sign paperwork about that when your employment starts.

Tunnel out to your machine at home using remote access software like VNC ( its free ) and surf remotely on your machine at home. The only thing is, whether or not the ports required to use remoting software will be open on your company firewall. If IT folks are remoting in to administer servers etc. from home, chances are the ports will be open.
