Yes, but you should go the laundry mat and use a a triple load industrial front load machine… on gentle, cold setting – machine dry on low with a 3 or 4 new tennis balls to make itr like new fluffy. ;)

I change my sheets once a week & wash the mattress pad about once a month. I actually have 3 mattress pads, which I have bought in Fabmart. It helps in case I don't finish the laundry the same day I strip the bed. The three mattress pads are made of flannel fabric, cozy for winter bedding.

Yes, you can. Wash it on delicate and dry it on air dry. It will fluff up like brand new.

if its actually down filled you need to have it dry cleaned
