I have had a very tough life, but that made me a stronger person and determined not to repeat the mistakes that my parents made with my children.

I had a hard life until I got to college and met my husband, and YES I am the child that made it and broke the chains of an unhappy childhood. My children have a stable, loving home with both parents present. They know they are wanted, they know they aren't mistakes or inconveniences.

I've had a life much harder than other people I know but I certainly don't talk about it or use it as an excuse for how my life is today. The past is the past and I can't change a thing about it. Yes, I am breaking a long and painful chain of unhappy marriages.

In some ways I have had a hard life. I was kicked out of my home age 13 and had to live with various family members who could take me in, at one point a collegue who was a stranger and her nan took me in,
But compared to lots of others Ive had an easy live, never been abused or starved or had anything terrible happen to me. Yeah life has been a struggle but its made me who I am today.

It's been very different than what I planned as an adult, but those are choices I made and have to live with. I've persevered and am managing to get through. But, my childhood life was fantastic!

A bit of both really. My father died when I was young and I coped well when it happened only to have it come and haunt me during my adult years when I blamed it on myself and took it out on myself it a variety of ways. That said, for many other serious things in my life I ve come through in good spirits and I believe as a stronger and more mature person. I learnt to depend on nobody but myself. But due to my problems I m now quite apt at reading other people and have compassion for them when they need somebody. Life s one big learning curve aint it!

Good question. I have suffered from depression the majority of my life, so yes I suppose so. However, I do know there are a lot of people worse off than me and I feel for them.

I had a hard life. Still is. I grew up in poverty and am extremely successful by most people's standards. I AM the child that broke the chain, and I did it by questioning authority, daring to be different, thinking for myself and striving to be unique.

Depend on what you define as a hard life. I plan to. Although because of the way my dad is I don't really want to get married. He's given men a bad name.

Well, in a way, yes. When I was little, I nearly was blind, cracked my head, nearly fell off the roof of my house, and I had to move from Detroit to Westland just last year.
