I have a combination leaf blower/vacuum that does just that. It vacuums leaves, small sticks, etc, mulches them, and dumps them in a bag. Works great!

Black & Decker sells one that is great for removing leaf material from gutters etc. It's a vacuum and a blower, and comes with a bag.

they make a lawnmower that does this-it would be cool if the leaf blower did too though, like a vacuum for your yard.
