Why do twins look the same? Maybe becasuse they have the same parents??

GMC (GeneralMotors Corporation), and chevrolet (also General Motors Corporation).. are two "different models" So more dealers can sell vehicles in same area! The biggest difference is the outside trim and the engine! (especially the valve covers!!) A lot of the body parts are interchangeable as well as all the drivetrain except the engines (they even intermix these to some extent!)

chevrolet and GM are the same company. General motors makes GMC trucks and Chevrolet trucks. I am a service advisor at GM. They are both built on the same chassis but have different features, so while they appear very similar cosmetically they offer very different features.

they're the two portion of regular vehicles and are outfitted on an analogous systems. besides the undeniable fact that, to the guy that pronounced Chevy makes GMC and vice versa, that's thoroughly fake. the staff that truly make the automobiles are very aggressive with one yet another and that they construct their automobiles in separate centers. they're distinctive agencies under GM.

They are virtually the same, but GMC is sold by Pontiac and Cadillac dealers the same as Mercury is sold by Lincoln dealers, and is very similar to their Ford counterparts.
Dodge used to sell their trucks at Dodge dealers, while Plymouth dealers sold Fargo brand, also the same truck.
