I left the state of Massachusetts two months ago and left about 300$ in tickets unpaid. I have moved out of state, and registered in another state. If left unpaid what will happen? I believe I cannot have my car registered in MA again, anyone from Mass know?

The tickets can affect your credit rating too!!

I had $500 in parking tickets in NY (under my fathers car) and he was denied a home loan until it was taken care of -- and he had 100% perfect credit!!

They will track you down and may threaten you with court dates for which you may have to return to MA to attend court.
You should contact the apt. department and even see if you can make a payment plan if you cannot afford to pay them now.

ps, do you have that awesome Boston accent?

If they decide to put out an arrest warrant for you they really can't do anything about it unless you go back to Masachusetts and happen to get "put through the system" by a police officer. So, pretty much you're off scott-free
