I don't, even if the book is mine... it just feels like I'm intruding and ruining a perfectly good book... I just don't want to mess up the book with my words and notes, even though I rarely have them! :-)

I write in my textbooks, just because it helps me study, but other than that no I don't write in books,

When I was younger, I always wrote my name
in all my books and on all my albums. I wish I hadn't now, although I love seeing OLD books with people's musings and names in them

In Narrative is a good way to collect phrases that have a personal effect in the reader. Please note that is better to do it with a very light pencil, never with a pen.

in books I read, I NEVER writh in them, but textbooks are fun to mess with!

i hate to. i don't like to because i charish books so much so I hate to write in them, rip them or anything. i only use bookmarks that don't bend the pages! I guess you could say i'm weird...

if it is my book, no...
i dont even like it when the cover gets even a bit bent...(that's why i always get hard cover books) i like to keep them in mint condition...
