IS it possible they can host the 2010 World Cup if South Africa doesn't meet the deadline?

The 2014 World Cup will be in South America, so it's unlikely that Colombia will host 2010 if South Africa cannot make it. Most likely it will go to a North American country, but I'm sure South Africa will make it.
The only way they can host is if they bid with or against Brazil for the 2014 one.

im prettt sure south africa will meet their deadline. anyways i thought colombia pulled out of the bid to host the '14 WC. (i might be wrong) i did hear more rumors that brazil will host instead. i think that the only way colombia can host is if they do the same thing as korea/japan

NO DUDE IT WILL BE BRAZIL. AND IN CASE SOUTH AFRICA DOEST HOST IT I THINK IT WILL BE USA OR MEXICO I THINK COLOMBIA AND SOME OTHER COUNTRIES, BUT THE CHANCES OF COLOMBIA HOSTING IT 2010 ARE SLIM TO NONE.
