My favourites are Trainspotting & Drugstore Cowboy.
Darkly Scanner & Requiem For a Dream I also hear are good.
Oliver Stone stresses on the topic particularly The Doors.
Otherwise just watch the whole series of the Magic Roundabout.

Basketball Diaries is one of my favorites. Requiem for a Dream is seriously bleak and would definitely turn anyone off of doing drugs. Trainspotting is serious and funny at times too, a great movie.

I can recommend a film from over 30 years ago called "Better Dead" that was shown as health education for part of my basic training with the British Royal Navy. The fun element of a young girls life are interposed with VERY graphic details of her poste mortem after death through drug abuse. The film shows scenes that would make the hardest psychopath cringe.
