It's obvious that you don't have proof. How would you feel if you were being lied about by someone who couldn't take the time to actually try and find out. Get proof first. Take that proof (better be more than some crappy recording too) to her and see what she says then. If you have trust problems then just accept you have a problem and tell her you don't deserve her! Leave so she can be with someone who will not be so paranoid. Harsh words, for a difficult problem!

look if you suspect your wife is cheating on you then try an find a way to confirm your suspicions an hire a private detective or you can just try an find out on your own by checking her phone bills to see who she calls or if she works an says she has to Work late try calling her work. there are many options to finding out. For example i was not married but i had a boyfriend who i wen out with for about two years an he was cheating on my for the last 2months we were together an i called one of his friends from work an found out he was not at work so i go over to his place an he was with some other chick so i dumped him. So if you suspect your wife is cheating on you cut her loss because there are many other woman out there an you deserve better...

Tell her the reason you believe she is cheating. If you have phone bills show them to her. If you have pictures of her with someone else show them to her. If she is spending too much time with someone else and not you tell her. Then ask her why she thinks its is all in your head. What is she doing to make you questions her faithfulness. If you think she is cheating you have a 90% change she is. That is what my lawyer and my detective told me . If you do not want to confront her get a detective and proof it .

how do you know she is cheating? And why would she say it was in your head? If she is she is. Divorce her. I was married to a BIG cheater and when I caught him he made me think it was my fault. What is she doing? Explain the situation more

Is it a fact that she IS cheating on you. Do you know for sure? You should call Cheaters. If you know for sure, and have the proof? D-I-V-O-R-C-E. Hold that proof and take it to the lawyer for the fight that she gets nothing.

There's only one way to tell. If she smells like aftershave down under, she's cheating.
