I'm 38 weeks now. I remember having the same pain that you are describing right below my bellybutton and right of my bellybutton, I reported it to my doctor and he said that it's usually just the ligaments stretching. She did recommend to slow down on my daily activity and to pay attention to make sure the pain didn't start on the middle of my belly. I do suggest you talk to your doctor, but most likely it wont be anything serious or to worry about... just relax and enjoy!!!!

Sounds like ligament pain, check with your midwife (or doctor).
Your uterus is expanding and your ligaments are being stretched which can cause twinges.
I have had cramps and twinges right the way through my pregnancy and everything has been fine.

Oh, the stuff they do no longer inform you approximately being pregnant....confident, gas is extremely hassle-free. As for the constipation, are you taking prenatal supplementations, they might nicely be making issues worse--all that greater iron! i might actually ensure which you're transforming into sufficient water to assist with the constipation and if it does not get greater effective by itself you may communicate on your usual practitioner approximately your strategies--like a stool softener. It facilitates you pass, even with the undeniable fact that it is not a laxative.

Call a nurse or a doctor whenever you feel something is not going right with your pregnancy. They can answer anything.
