In the class there is going to be a small quiz, and the teacher is going to hand back a past test. I believe I can skip the quiz because my other quizzes are good, and the quiz grade isn't worth that much in the final overall course grade. The thing is I know the teacher is going to take attendance, because she is going to expect people not to show. I haven't missed a class yet, and it takes like 3 class misses to flail the class.
I catch the grey hound bus home and its an 2 hour ride from my school to where I live at.
So should I skip, it?

No, you'll just have to make the quiz up again, and by doing that you'll miss more class time, putting you farther behind. And you'll get in trouble.

Id skip it. If your sure that it wont affect your grade and that it is insignificant in the long run, then go home!
Besides, Id rather be with family than in a classroom taking a boring quiz

If you truly think that you can get away with it. I was in Florida in school and I wrote an essay in my English class how I thought that it was unfair to make us to to school the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and the teacher liked it to much that he canceled class for that day. He agreed that it was unfair too.
