Acura has not stopped making the RSX.

It's toughest competition is the Honda Civic Si which is now more popular in the US since it's not a hatchback anymore. Despite the Civic the RSX is the cheapest Acura and there are no plans for a replacement or any concept vehicles from Acura in that class. People who want an Acura, but don't want to spend $30K will keep coming back to the RSX.

As long as there is an RSX they will make all the models including the S type.

Actually Mark D the 06 will be the last year for all RSX models in US. Sad really, I have an RSX-S and love it, but there 1 thing I hate about it. The gear ratios on the 05+ models are extremely short, you have to change gears like all the time. I do 40 MPH is sixth gear at 2000rpm, so basically it is always reved up on the highway. But those short gears also make it for very quick acceleration, with a basic exaust and intake I have taken out manual 350Z's.

2006 is the last year that Acura will make RSX. It's being replaced by the TSX.

Last July. Buy one now and hurry, lots are selling out.

No, it is not being replaced by the TSX. Strong sales from the Civic SI renders the RSX useless.

I'm friend's with an Acura service mechanic and he told me that they aren't selling that much anymore, because they put Acura's "luxury" to shame.

Hard to follow that comment.. lol good job . Yes the nsx, integra, rsx and legend are all gone but they sure won't be forgotten . Oh well , I'm loving the TL type S right now, if they would just make it in rear wheel drive I would buy one .

06 was the last model. Look at a Honda Civic Si, it has better performance at a lower cost.
