I had an paraguard IUD (no hormones in this one unlike Mirena) put in last month right before my period. I had my period for that month, and now I'm due to have this month's period. However, I'm 2 days late! I've taken a pregnancy test and it says I'm not pregnant but I'm still alittle worried. Is this normal? Any advice or help. I'm worried.

Very normal to have abnormal periods. If you tested and its negative (as loong as you tested after your period was due) then you shouldnt be pregnant. Pregnancy rate on the newer IUD's (meaning after 2000) is 0.1% chance while with tubal ligation its 0.5%

Don't be worried, I had an IUD for 12 years and my periods were always irregular. Sometimes they came 3 weeks apart, and sometimes as late as 5 weeks apart.
