Okay so my brother and his girlfriend have been going out for 3 and a half years. There both eigteen. Should i get her a gift? if so what?

I'd say yes, since they've been together for so long. You don't have get to her anything super expensive, but choose something she might really like. If they were newly dating, I'd say no, under the circumstances, I'd say yes. I've done the same in the past for girls my brothers have dated.

I am getting my sister b/f a gift...nothing big, just a calender from bass pro shops that he wants. Just get something small, it's the thought that counts......maybe some chocolates, jewerly, body lotion, candles, etc.

I would get her something. Something from Bath and Bodyworks would be nice or even a gift certificate for a manicure or pedicure would be nice as well.
