i would start yelling at it and take my shoes off and tie them together to make some numbchucks!
ps whats a lion doing in the jungle???
ooooooooooooo i c. wow thats mean! well in that case, i'd do the same as MAIN EVENT and take my shirt off like in girls gone wild and hopfully distract it with my nudity!

Lions - the jungle - chasing me - wow. I'm going to do as you suggest and go with 'if' beyond probability.
1- climb a tree or rocks. (Lions don't climb well at all.)
2- get into water. (Lions hate water.)
3- run towards easier prey than myself in hopes the lion would take the path of least resistance to get a meal.

I dreamed I had an angry mother bear chasing me last night. Just as she was about to grab me someone shot her with a tranquilizing gun. Lions are very fast and I don't know if I could out run him or not. I guess I would jump in a river because generally cats don't like water.

Dragon would not worry. She would turn around and breathe fire on the lion.
(okay, we know this is improbable, but Dragon thought IF she were in that improbable situation, she would have to be a Dragon based on the improbability of the situation)

take a large stick sharpen the end and have the lion chase me back myself up against something and hole the stick up so when the lion jumps it impale itself on the stick and have lion for dinner

i wouldn't go into a river. that's where crocodiles are. ever see the wildebeast migration on discovery channel? yeah.
i would be scared, but i'd prolly fight it as fiercely as i could. punch it hella times. elbow to the forehead.jam my thumbs into its eyes and gouge them out, then as it can't see, i'd circle it and every few moments, i'd punch it, gradually wearing away at its strength. as it dies, i would build a fire and cook its meat, but i would skin its hide and wear it. that was a nice daydream :D

idk anything about lions, but if they dont swim, i would go into the center of a lake and just hang out in the water until it went away.
or i'd find you and we could think about it together while running away from the lion.... 2 minds are better than 1 :-)

I would try to climb a tree but I guess lions can climb trees so yea... it'd suck to be me.
