Rumsfeld was an incompetent jackass who spewed his ideas to "stay the course" alongside Bush. How can anyone respect a man who hardly ever listened to advisors and gave us the worst foreign policy fiasco since Vietnam?

Guess what, I forgot about Afghanistan!
Both wars started out smoothly. But due to incredibly poor planning and a lack of will for dynamic actions, our wars are what they are today.

He made a serious blunder when they disbanded the army. That was the blunder of the war. No infrastructure=anarchy. He refused to look at history. Or listen to his advisors. He had a fast food war mentality. I dont love him. He was a poor leader.

The war did have a plan, and the Democrats and the News media have fed the American people this bull that there was no plan. What was not planned on was Iranian insurgents continuing to rise up and blow things up. Rumsfeld did a good thing. His successor wants to "Talk" to Iran. Well, then, they better build some nuclear bomb shelters in NYC. Because the President of Iran has promised to hit the USA with a Nuclear bomb next. Good Bye NYC.

Rumsfield and Bush did many things without thinking it through. Rumsfield was destructuring the army and expected it to be fully ready for a two front war. Bush is still the bigger Jackass for canning General Shenseki in my book. To this day we all know who was right.

what went wrong was Bush, and Rumsfeld allowed the democrats/liberals,and the liberal media to force our troops to fight a p.c. war,and that was the end.A p.c. war can not be won if you force your own troops to follow rules, the enemy does not have to follow, imagine these say rules placed on our armies of WW2,we would be speaking,German,or Japanese,if you do not allow an army to do what it was designed to do(kill, and destroy),then you(democrats/liberals) force them to stand and die for no reason, that puts their death, and blood on your hands!
