I don't like most Christian punk bands because they're the pop crap.
Here's a list:
Hawk Nelson (came out a few years ago)
Relient K (not the worse)
MXPX (my pick for the best one). Honestly, there were a few amazing punk bands about 10 years ago that I can't think of.
The place to go to search would be Flaming Fish. You can find the bands there and then go download them. Flaming Fish is a website that features Christian punk, goth, ebm, industrial, ska, experimental and possibly any other niche genre albums for sale that are Christian music. It's the best site I know of for that type of thing. They are even thinking of adding a mp3 download addition to their site.
I think they may be more of a industrial/goth/ebm site now which is what I'm mostly into these days but you can join the message board and probably find plenty of people who will help you. OR join Cmcentral.com's message board and ask in their music section. They have some very knowledgable Christian music fans there.

I'm not talking down on it but I have never heard of Christian punk bands before, much less a top 10 list of them. Learn something new every day!
