Buy a polo shirt with a pocket and place the tickets in it. When he opens your gift, the first instinct would be to open it up to see if it fits. Then when you see a change in his face or after he thanks you. Tell him that you still have one more gift and its in the pocket. He will be surprise to see it

Get him a really lame CD and put the tix inside, just as he's about to start griping, he'll open it up and ...........there ya go.
