I am a beast all over the floor (backhand, spike, overhead) but i cant serve the damn thing and i need to know for a tournament. Can someone give me some tips and a proper form for it.

I think serving is the only thing I'm good at in badminton - except when the sun is in my eyes and I miss no matter what. *L* I simply toss the birdie straight up in the air, and then swing when it comes down. Of course, I only play for fun, I never play competively in any sport, so there might be a much better way to serve.

low over the net or a high lob right to the back of the court, use a quick flick rather than a long swipe
