Click on the flag under the question and report abuse. Then explain why you think it is an abuse. If it is seen as an appropriate answer for the given question it will not be removed such as: I want to buy ______ from store X, does anyone have an opinion of it? Ans. I bought it and it only lasted a week store X refused to help me. I don't recommend buying it there. Or something along those lines. It may hurt the store if they are seen as unfair but as far as Y!A is concerned it is a valid answer for the given question.

Opinions are just that. Opinions. In order to have it removed as "harmfull" you would have to prove that the buisness in question suffered a significant monitary loss as a result.
Example: I don't like AOL because I had nothing but trouble with it.It was constantly crashing or not booting. I cancelled my AOL because I felt that it sucked and wasn't worth spending the extra money on. That's my personal opinion of it and I am entitled to express it in an open public forum. Does AOL suffer from my opinion? No, they have millions of satisfied customers.

If it isn't blatantly false, then it's called free speech.
