I've heard both ways. JK did say the seven books were about Harry's time at Hogwarts (I think), but since Dumbledore is dead (I think) and Voldemort and his posse are now on the loose, how safe do you think Hogwarts is going to be for the kids? Plus Harry has to find the rest of the horcruxes, and I'm betting they're not at Hogwarts.

I haven't really checked any sites on this, but if you want to do the footwork search on:

jkrowling.com
mugglenet.com

for more information.

Well, it depends. At the end of the sixth book, Harry says he wasn't going back to Hogwarts. If he goes through with what he said, then most likely not, unless Ron and Hermione go back and Rowling does some chapters in their point of view. But, you can never tell in books. Things might change, or Hogwarts might be in it for some random reason. You never know!
