Can you make a douche at home by using vinegar and water? if not what products can you use at home to clean your vagina

You don't need to douche. Why do you feel that your "vagina" is not clean? Do you have a discharge or an odor? If so, you need to see a doctor. Douching actually hurts your vagina and can upset the good bacteria in it then you WILL have problems.

Douching is unnecessary and unsafe. Just bathe regularly - that's all a vagina needs!

You do not need to do anything to make it cleaner except for soap and water......douching is not healthy for you as it pushes the bacteria farther into your body.....

don`t use any soap.... 1 table spoon of white vineger to one quart of warm water.
