Heater core has a leak.
Yes it will be expensive to fix, have to take out the dashboard to get to it usually.

They will tell you that there's a hole in the radiator even if its just a leaky hose. See if you can open the hood and find where the leak is coming from, and if its just a connection, don;t let them swindle you. BUT, you need to get it to a maintenance guy ASAP because the radiator holds the fluid that cools your engine, and you DO NOT want to overheat and lock up the engine, as that will total the car. No joking there.
If you have to get a whole new radiator -- $500 maybe? Best of luck.

If by the floor you mean inside the cab, you have a leak in your heater core or hoses. Hoses, not much. Heater core can get expensive.

that would be your heater core...the part itself is not that much but they can be a bear to change....labor will get you on this one. You are looking at $200-$300 I would guess....and most of that is labor.
Sorry but you own a caddy so I'm sure you can afford it.
