You answered your own question...it's NOT working. After 7 years just give up. It's hard to start over but do you REALLY want to work THIS hard at it forever? You know, even if 2 signs ARE compatible, if their Chinese signs AREN'T it won't work. These people on this site that answer questions saying this sign is or isn't compatible with that sign, seem to forget this. In any case, you have been unhappy for 7 years. Start looking for someone you CAN get along better with. I am a cancer and I don't think Libras can be more than good friends. Try a scorp or Pisces. Better yet forget their sign and concentrate on similar interests, physical attraction and personality compatibility!

It is no wonder you fell for a Libra. Libras are charming and completely irresistible. They are so refined, sophisticated (in a hip kind of way), schooled in social graces, educated, polished, and easy on the eyes. What's not to love? There isn't a rough edge on them.

Overall, Libras and Cancers are not compatible. However there are other factors in your signs that contribute to the dynamics of your personal self. Therefore, your compatibility should never be based off your sun sign. If you are having troubles, it is best to seek counseling to help work out your problems between the two of you. Marriage is hard work!

You cannot astrologically analyze a relationship based on sun signs alone. Many other factors come into play, such as moon signs; and especially, what signs venus and mars are in in each of your charts. A good place to start finding out what's going on with you and your libra partner is Linda Goodman's "Love Signs." Also, http://www.astroadvice.com might prove helpful.

After seven years and its not working, maybe the stars are the wrong place to go for advice. If you love this person, try some professional councilling. If there is no legally binding commitment (marriage, common law or otherwise) or children involved and its not worth the work to you, then its time to leave.

If it's not working, it's not working. Astrological signs although fun can't necessarily be taken as fact. I'm a Libra and my husband is a Scorpio, we are NOT supposed to get along but he's my best friend and we get along super.

I don't think you should base your relationship on horoscopes. If you feel that there's something to work for, then keep trying. If you don't, then go your separate ways. The quality of your relationship can only be improved if you and your partner want to work on it, not if a horoscope says it's gonna work or it isn't.

Never base a relationship on signs as stupid as these.
Ever think your relationship isn't working out because YOU or this "Libra" have done something wrong? Or maybe neither of you have done ANYTHING at all.

theyre compatible but um...ever think that its not your sun sign that its the reason its not working. do what you think is best about moving on or staying put. depends on your happiness, what would happen.. etc. good luck with that.
