Were people booing the Yorks during Jerry Rice's retirement ceremony?

I thought I heard the sound of booing on the radio, but my hearing must be failing....

No one was booing Jerry, the audience seemed to boo when he thanked the current owners of the 49ers, John & Denise York. If that's what I truly heard, but how could it be? They're such great owners!
