Very good with both. (and at multiple locations.) Sales staff is always available, they roam the floor and make eye contact. I've had to exchange a couple things, no issues.

I like Bed Bath and Beyond, especially the concept of the store. The furnishings (well most of them are nice) and I like it that there are lots of things in the store available in different price ranges. I have been dissapointed though the last few times Ive been there, because their customer service has not been great. I was pretty much ignored when I had something to exchange - it was like I wasnt even there, so I havent been back since.

I'm not really impressed by their selection, and their prices are way too high for the quality of their products. You can go to a department store and pay the same high prices, or sometimes less, for much better stuff. I've never been impressed by their customer service.

I've bought a couple of cool things there for my kitchen that I couldn't find at a Target or Kmart-type store. The stuff I bought has held up well, so I think it was a good value. I don't remember anything bad about the customer service, so I guess I have an overall good impression!

Funny you should ask. I have never been all that impressed with them or Linens N Things because the prices are too high, when it seems they should be lower. Customer service is pretty good though.

I'm not impressed w/ their selection or prices. You can find many of the items they sale online for less.

the products are great but it depends on where you go for costumer service quality. so far its good. :-)
