I've worked in customer service for far too long. At least w/ this job. I'm doing restaurant, too. Need something with better pay and less people. Tacoma area, painting or warehouse or anything w/ money. Don't care if I get dirty. Not afraid of hard physical work. Just can't take my job anymore. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Job hunting online 2-3 hours a day not working either. Please help! Aloha!!

pick up a paper and see whats out there alot a employer (like myself) would rather you come and ask for a app then to get one on-line .....If you get on to a place and don't like it, stay with it till you find something better

Best way to do that is get the company's name and address then got in person to apply for the job.
Never had any luck with anyone H.R. hired off the Internet sight unseen. For that reason a lot of companies prefer a person coming in person to apply for the job.
Another fact: If you just send in your resume they might glance it over and they might not glance it over. But if you are there in person that is a whole another story.
