Best 'superfoods' book?

Hi. I was browing Amazon and came across loads of 'superfoods' books, which I think a friend would want for Christmas. But do any of you have any and can you recommend any good ones... with like a foodstuff per page with a big fact file and profile on it... a simple lay out.

Sugar Busters has a fairly good as in thorough super foods section.

If your friend is not too well off, try 'Food for Free' by Richard Mabey.
