I totally know what you mean. Some really harmless things are deleted, but apparently it is OK to ask 100 questions about b-tt f---ing!!

I've only reported one person one time and it was REALLY offensive. The rest of the time, I ignore it like you do. When I looked at the offensive person's previous questions and answers, I was surprised to see how long he was doing it for. He was violating all the yahoo answer's guidelines for about a month and was never caught. This person isn't the only one, I'm sure. And then I read about nice people who don't understand why they're getting reported. I don't get it.

I am a nice, mild mannered old person who got a simple non offensive question deleted once for what reason I have not a clue and then there's this jerk today.....I don't get it either. I just ignore it, too. Reporting (and I am sure they are being reported) doesn't seem to help! We don't want to be too controlled but this person (using the term loosely) is ridiculous!!!

I feel ya. Some people post some of the nastiest crap & they keep doing it over & over. I posted a question about Shelia E. the other day & it was deleted. It wasn't offensive or anything like that. I was completely dumbfounded as to why it was deleted. I agree, it IS confusing.

I agree. I tried to answer your other question, but when I went into it, it said customer care had deleted it.
I don't understand why they are deleting all the good questions and leaving all these other ignorant ones, either, but I understand how you feel because I had some of mine deleted also.â¥

Someone must be doing it intentionally. I never post offensive questions. Maybe you need to make sure you are not offending anyone. If not, i would contact Yahoo Q's and A's about it.

yea, i know what you mean. what I dont understand is how do people keep on asking offensive question and not getting reported or question not getting deleated but someone who ask a question that is not offensive gets there question deleted. I think, once again its not what you know but who you know.

It stinks, I've been suspended like 10 times for chatting, as if that matters with this crap going on. And rabbi couldn't ask what we order at an Italian restaurant. I know that he is very careful to be polite and nonoffensive. What gives.
