Steve Vai is better than these guys, but if i have to decide beetween thoe guys i'll say eddie Van halen is a better( on a technical way) guitarist

They're okay, but I like Steve Miller or Stevie Ray Vaughn best.
Second would have to be Eric Clapton or Jimmy Page, depending on the mood.
