you can wear what ever you want at any time of the year. it depends if you want to get sick or not. lets face it jeans are a lot warmer than leggings, but if your comfortable in leggings the who the hell cares what others think.

Absolutely! But pair the combo with boots - ankle boots would be best - and you might want to wear a pair of tights underneath the leggings in case you live in a chilly climate. For a sleek look, keep the skirt, leggings and boots monochromatic. It's nice to see a pair of shapely legs during the winter since most women keep them covered up ...be brave, stay warm and have fun!

Definately. It's an adorable fashion statement that can be worn from mid October [fall] straight through late February [end of winter.

yeah. of coarse but it is really in with a skirt that comes up about 2 inches above the knee. but u can wear leggings and minis all year round!!

yeah you can. probably better on one of those warmer winter days though, and if you have leggings it doesn't look ridiculous

why would you want to....just wear pantyhose hun...they look much better than those tacky leggings

I don't know why this phenomenon became so popular. It's fulgy as hell & makes you look like you're 12 years old.
