What can you do to alleviate the symptoms? I feel like crying most of the time or I'm irritated so easily. This has been going on the the past few months, but never before and I am 37 years old. This only occurs in the 10 days or so leading up to my cycle starting, then goes right away.

If your not wanting to go the dr. Try a B-complex vitamin it helps me and I become Lizzy Bordon just before mine. Taking birth control was actually my life savor. I have mild discomfort like cramping, but never the mood swings.
