Hy I am a little confused I received the following email:

Mail server report.

Our firewall determined the e-mails containing worm copies are being sent from your computer.

Nowadays it happens from many computers, because this is a new virus type (Network Worms).

Using the new bug in the Windows, these viruses infect the computer unnoticeably.
After the penetrating into the computer the virus harvests all the e-mail addresses and sends the copies of itself to these e-mail
addresses

Please install updates for worm elimination and your computer restoring.

Best regards,
Customers support service

There is an Update as a zip

Yes this is most likely a Trojan. The file they want you to run most likely included either a virus or a worm in it.

The best way to tell if an email that seems official is to inspect who it is actually from. Most will try to put something close to what an official email address would actually have, but it will differ slightly as they can't put exact, such as customerservice@yaho.com If you can't tell if an email is spam by the address then email the company it is supposedly from, but do not reply to the email, go to their website and email the customer service email address they list. They should be able to tell you if it is an email that they have sent.

that distinctive "0 Sector" virus is a pretend. that comparable digital mail has been going around for years. yet there are various different real viruses and different malware that sometimes are disguised as an e-card. continually be careful, in case you receive an e-card and it extremely is no longer in specific addressed on your call, be very suspicious. extra suitable to only delete it if so.

I wouldn't worry about it. It sounds like its an advertisement trying to scare you into ether downloading or buying software on your machine. I would not download the program it told you to becouse their is a high chance that the file they want you to download is spyware, virus, trojan horse, or worm, keylogger, etc. I have not recieved anything like that, but I recieved a fraduate email from someone claiming to be from ebay, saying that someone has tampered with my account and I need to verify my password and user name. If I were you I would not download this program since downloading it my compermise your secuity on the pc. I hope this helped you.

depending on which folder you opend up is the question? if you opened up the bulk or spam folder stop right now but if it was in the inbox then just delete it right then. now if your computer has viruses then you need to stop checking your mail and go to the web site of stop sign and get it yes it will cost you $100.00 but it will clean up your problems okay
