Thats a toughie! They can either one be a release for any given feeling! You know the nervous laugh, the nervous cry, the sad laughter, the sad cry.....I would have to go without laughter though. I think a good cry is a better release at times, though I would totally miss out beings that my hubby and I have a totally comical relationship....

I can live without cry.
I don't cry often, but when I do.....the feeling I get is something that I truly don't like to have...even when it's tears of happiness.
I dont have to cry to feel all the intensity of sadness, death, etc. but I can laugh, and move on. I think that itself builds more strength.
