If it is a constant problem, then adding fiber to your diet is a must. You can do this by eating more foods rich in fiber (check the nutrition information), or using a supplement (although I know that you are looking for a homeopathic remedy). Fiber One is a good supplement that has no smell or taste and mixes into any food or drink.

Foods rich in fiber are beans, broccoli, spinach, apples, raisins... there are tons.

Good luck!

Well, I would make sure you are eating 100% whole grain foods such as cereals, pastas and breads. Not to mention, enough fruits and vegetables. Drinking enough water is very important, too. Additionally, I recommend Fiber Sure. It's a white powder fiber that dissolves completely, even in a glass of water or juice. You can put in foods, too. And, you can use it every day. It's high in fiber and a probiotic which helps maintain the healthy bacteria in your intestinal tract. Exercise, especially walking around is helpful. People that sit too much tend to experience more constipation than active people. I always found drinking caffeinated coffee in the morning seemed to help get me going, also. It worked for my dad, too. But, it doesn''t necessarily work for everyone. It would only be worth it though if you really enjoyed some java in the morning.

Best Constipation Cures

Well, there is always castor oil, yuk! but it does work. One of the best, all natural laxatives is prunes (ever tried a 50/50 mix of prune juice and ginger ale? tastes much better and is very effective) but any high water fruit juice will also work (apple juice has always been the answer for my two daughters) also, water, pure and simple along with proper exercise (body movement assists in the moving of food through your digestive system) are two ways to address this problem. As a father of children who seem to experience this more than they should, I sympathize with you and hope this helps.

There are many things you can try, and see which one works best for you. But you should make sure you are eating a healthy diet, taking a natural multiple vitamin, and drinking plenty of water. You should be drinking 8 to 10, 8oz glasses a day of good juice or water, do not count anything with caffeine. Caffeine is a diuretic. Make sure you also are getting enough exercise, this is what keeps your stomach moving, the peristalsis. Then products with natural senna are good for constipation, either in pill form, or they make senna teas too. Check out this site with a lot of information on healthy living.

I would try some flaxseed oil pills or lactobacillus acidophillus pills. Sometimes your body is not producing the correct amount of acid or the right kinds of natural flora/bacteria to digest your foods. Try this it works well for many people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

Water, water and more water with a mineral oil chaser. Really though, if it is a constant problem, drinking water will pull you through. Make it a daily habit and you won't get "stuck" anymore.
