im in such a bad mood today bc i have pms!! hhaha and i would like to be happy. what things can i do to improve my mood without taking prozac or smthng lol.

make sure you are getting plenty of rest. when i am on my period i get even more tired than i would normally get. also get out and take a walk or a run. exercise can release mood elevating chemicals into your body. and lastly give yourself permission to feel what you are feeling. if you keep everything bottled up when it does come to the surface it will explode.

I find that certian foods help. Try strawberries? Or listening to a song.

just relax, take a few moments to mediate. think happy thoughts. uummm think of someone who makes you happy. don't let pms get the best of you.

A therapist once suggested I try vitamin B (b6, i think, specifically).

Spend sometime by yourself. that way you can be stress free and nobody will get on your nerves and make u lash out at them.
