My RAZR screen is not showing things normally What happened?

The phone scrren is not showing things like how it's supposed to, it looks like lines and going through whatever I am veiwing

RAZR has problems with its screen. Try turning the phone off and on. If it doesn't fix the problem, take the phone back right away before the warranty expires and get a new one.

they are nothing but a piece of "junk" i'll never own a razor phone again.
