You haven't been to New Orleans recently, have you? That's really not that bad compared to a few hundred acres of molding deserted 1-story shacks that haven't been inhabited by anything except cockroaches and the homeless since Katrina. There are streets that make that place look downright snazzy. Granted, that is the second ugliest single building I have ever seen. The first was a Massai hut made from sticks and cow dung, and I am not making that up. Too bad there is no way to post a picture from your hard-drive.

I am sure it is one of many ugly buildings in this world but at least it is a place people can call home, I guess. The thing I would be most concerned about is its safety because it doesn't look very safe.
