Yes.
Its all genetics.... a brown eyed person can carry the recessive gene for blue eyes. Brown eyes is a dominant gene, so that is why they have brown eyes, but can still carry the recessive blue eye gene.
If two people with brown eyes, but who both carry the recessive blue eye gene have a baby together.... they have a one in four chance of having a baby with blue eyes..... as this is the probability of the two recessive genes being passed on together from both parents.

Yes, 2 brown-eyed parents can have a blue eyed child. The reason is because blue eyes is a recessive gene and brown eyed parents can carry the gene for blue eyes even if they don't have them. However, 2 blue eyed parents could not have a true brown eyed baby although there can be mutations of the eye color gene and the baby can have varying shades of gray-green-hazel.

yes,
bcos blues eyes is a recessive gene. This means that you need both genes for eye colour to be blue to have blue eyes. If both parents had 1 blue eyed gene and 1 brown eyed gene (Bb Bb) thenthey could have a blue eyed baby (bb)
where B represents Brown gene & b represents blue eyed gene
parent : mother
B b
B BB Bb
father b Bb bb
as you can see these are all the genetic possibilities ( if only blue & brown genes are involved) and the likelihood is only 1 in 4 but it is possible

Yes definately, two white blue eyed people can make a black baby if there is a throw back in the genes, meaning if say a great great grandparent was black then there is always a possibility that there could be a throw back in the future generations and two white people could end up with a black child, just as with the eyes. Hope this helps

Yes. If both parents carry the recessive gene. X and Y genes. Basically there are two types of brown eyes, one type has the stronger genes and the other has the recessive blue genes. Both parents with recessive genes can result in a blue eyed baby.

Yes- My sis and her boyfriend both have brown eyes and a darling daughter with startling light blue eyes.
They both carry the recessive gene for blue eyes.
However two blue-eyed parents cannot have a brown eyed child.

Genetically yes. If both parents have recessive blue eyed genes... like Bb meaning one of their parents had blue eyes each on both sides.. then it is possible. The chart would look like this:
25% brown
50% brown/hazel
25% blue

Yes, if both parents have it as a recessive gene and both put that gene forth for the baby, the baby could wind up with blue eyes. Like, lets say brown eyes is B and blue is b. So mom is Bb and dad is Bb. The kid has a 1/4 chance of being bb. (Other possibilites are BB and Bb, both of which would make brown eyes.)

It is definatly possible for two brown eyed people to make a blue eyed baby. let me tell you this though. if you are asking because you recently had a baby, most babys are born with blue pigmintation, which makes they're eyes look blue and they will possibly change colors with in the next six months.
