This would be a job with relocation benefits and a contract. If you left it, you would be out a lot of money. You would have nothing in common with co workers and a really nasty industrial envrionement is where you'd be working. You are educated , an engineer, and an MBA

No. I would never take a job where there is a contract that if broken will cost you a lot of money. Especially with your credentials! You already know it is not an environment for you, so chances are you would break the contract and suffer the consequences.
You are educated and have degrees, I am sure you can find something to better use your education and start working towards what you want.
There is nothing wrong with taking a menial job until you can find what you are looking for, but I would avoid contracts.

I would probably take something lower-paying until I found a better job. It sounds like this would be a bad deal and, honestly, you'd probably be better off working at a more menial job for a temporary time than to be roped into a job you will hate.
