i dont envy yo at alll.. i had nausea also.. and vomiting.. i took phenergan.. i dont know if your doctor feels comfortable giving you that medicine at ths early pregancy.. i still had some nausea but i was able to eat a little more.. be careful and dont let the nausea and vomiting go too far because in some cases it can lead you to be hospitalized.. being pregant is not fun... i found out also that when my belly was empty with no food that the hormones whould gang up a little more and i would get more nausea so yes,, eating bland foods when nausea tolerable helped me a lot... it will get better.. the first 3 months of pregancy are the worst..,,one day at a time girl.. email me if you want..just incase you need more tips.. and i might be able to share a bit more of what i did with this so called "normal" condition.... it will be all worth it at the end,, take care....

Morning sickness! Yeah Right! Try Morning, Day, and Night sickness! 3 pregnancies 27 months of constant nausea. I did find one helpful thing that my OB recommended: try taking 1/2 of an OTC sleeping pill as directed on bottle to slow your metabolism. It really does help, and the medication is not harmful during pregnancy.

It is a candy that helps with the nausea from beign pregnant and has also been used for chemo patients when they battle the nasea as well. The also make preggy pops which are the ****** form. Just google Preggy Pops and you should be able to find them.

Do you drink alot of water?

Believe it or not that helps too. Right now your baby starting to form- along with the placenta and amniotic fluid- causing you to be severely dehydrated.
Every womens body responds to pregnancy diffrently.. But your body might just be calling out for something simple.Bump up the water intake.. it'll be god for you and the baby

Nausea and vomiting are common in the first trimester. but if it is very severe as u stated then it is better to get beta HCG level done to rule out hydatiform mole.

some women get sick from the pre natal vitamin prescribed to them, you can try taking them at night instead of the morning to see if that helps, and some women are just sick period which might be the factor in your case, it usually passes after two months. try eating crackers but get unsalted you don't need the added sodium. and if it does not get better see your obgyn and let them prescribe something so you don't dehydrate.
