They could stop being two-faced, self-absorbed, knitting-circle-jerking, already made their money so they could give a crap less about you, ineffecient, cranky old assholes.
But I don't see that happening, so I'm just waiting for everyone to retire or die.

i work at a gym. my boss is in the process of remodeling. he starts a project and doesn't finish. we have half torn down walls, torn up floors and stairs. half built walls and half painted walls. and the locker rooms are getting hideous. yeah it really is that bad.
because of his many distractions we hardly get paid on time or our correct amounts.
what we need is someone to actually do his job while hes running around doing 6 other peoples jobs which he SHOULD be hiring professionals for but cant afford it because hes to busy spending money on 6 other things to get one done right! roar! sorry I'm kind of venting.

i love my place of work what better way to spend the day then with kids and doing bowling partys for school groups,birthday partys and church ,,,,,what would i like to improve is someone eles have to clean up after the partys lol

an hd tv would be nice, an arcade machine or at least a new gaming console like a 360 or wii or ps3. free food is nice to

I love my workplace. In fact, I call it home because it is! I would really like new floors though.
