Last I checked we are all responsible for our own actions drunk, sober, mad, sad, etc. Does it just not irrate you that an irresponsible person would use this excuse?

No excuse! None! You are supposed to control yourself and especially crime excused by drink or drugs is Foley.

The only person dumber than the drunk that utters those words is the one who buys it as an excuse. If a person chooses to get drunk they are responsible for whatever happens as a result.

because they don't want to blame themselves so they act like that's going to solve the problem
