It's been awhile since I've listened to Christmas music. But I know the song you are talking about. I think the Vienna Boy's Choir actually sings that first part. I don't remember the rest of the song though. I'm also thinking of a song by John Lennon and Hoko Ono, (the words go something like this "so this is Christmas. And what have we learned........war is over......") but I 'm not sure it's the same song.

It's definitely the Trans-Siberian Orchestra singing Christmas Canon. That is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I've ever heard.

I believe you are referring to one of my favorite new Christmas medleys by Trans-siberian Orchestra called Christmas Canon. I believe it is actually a boy's choir singing, though.

yeah, I agree with "Dancing" that's what I was thinking of too. it's John Lennon's "so this is Christmas" and that refrain was sung by the Vienna's boy choir.
