She has to take a test to see if she is pregnant. The only other way is that she'll have a baby in 9 months. There's no reason why you can't get a test. You can buy them at most stores or see a doctor.

I don't know where you live but you can get a test at a Dollar General store for a dollar or 2. The pregnancy hormone detection is more sensitive that an EPT test.

Unfortunately, a test is the only way to know for sure. Even signs like skipped periods aren't totally reliable.
Signs of pregnancy include:
skipped period or a very,very light period
tender/sore breasts
being overly tired
nausea or queasiness--NOT just in the morning

If she won't take a test or see a doctor, you won't know.
Maybe you could offer to go to Planned Parenthood or her doctor with her? Or buy a home pregnancy test at the drug store for her (First Response brand is one of the most sensitive on the market.)

Get an EPA pregancy test. It's the best and more accurate way. You can rely on certain signs such as nausea, headaches and lack of period, but if you want to know for sure, get a pregnancy test.

First you could ask her. But if she looks like she's put on weight there. If she has weird cravings for certain foods. If she isn't drinking alcohol, smoking or taking medications. If she's eating alot more food. Looking at baby stuff. She may be sick alot too. She will be the first few months.

go for the test. If she is you can plan on spending a lot more $ than just $6 for a test.

there is really no way to be sure without a test even a missed period doesnt necessesarly mean she is preggo it could be stress u all need to get a test

If you look at her...um...down there, she will have a blue tinge to her, or more than normal. Its caused by the increased blood flow to her "area". With that and knowing if shes late you can have a good idea...buts not as accurate as a test. There must be more to this story....
