That sounds delicious. What time do you want my wife and I to come over and what can we bring?

Instead of mashed, why not potatoe salad? Flan, cheese cake, coconut custard pie. Thats exactly what I make for Christmas...I too am Puerto Rican.

The menu appears like you're Italian or cooking for an Italian kinfolk. The butter & herb roasted turkey and the garlic mashed potatoes are making me hungry purely questioning about them.

Since Thanksgiving is a traditional American holiday... maybe one traditional American Thanksgiving dish?
I'm thinking a pumpkin or sweet potato pie for dessert :) Okay... with flan - lol
Whatever you have, enjoy the day with your family!

Perhaps some sort of bread and a dessert. But it sounds good just like it is too.

I THINK THAT SOUNDS GOOD; BUT I THINK YOU NEED SOME DESSERT; LIKE MAYBE A WARM PECAN PIE OR SWEET POTATO PIE; AND THAT WOULD TOP IT OFF JUST FINE.

It sounds good to me. Do you also serve a bread--like tortillas--and a dessert?
