If the Earth is oval in shape... Well, the Earth is not oval in shape, so I guess there is no question to answer here. The Earth is an oblate spheroid, with a slight bulge at the equator and flattening at the poles. Ovals are two dimensional shapes and don't even come close to describing the shape of the Earth. Ocean water doesn't spill out because it is already at its lowest potential. In other words, it doesn't go anywhere because that would take energy that it doesn't have.

First Earth is not oval, it is an oblate shperoid.
