I had it every day for about 2 months. I had no energy and spent much of my day on the couch.
Certain things always made me sick (could not drink a glass of milk which made me crazy because I'm a big milk drinker), but there were other things that I could eat one day but that would make sick the next day. It was pretty unpredictable. I lost about 15 lbs before it was over.
Thankfully, once it was over, it was over. But I have heard of women who had it through their entire pregnancy. It varies from woman to woman.
What my pharmacist recommended was Sea Bands, which are these elastic bands you wear around your wrists with a little plastic bump that puts pressure on a certain spot. I don't know how they work, but they seemed to make the morning sickness a little less severe so I never took them off until the morning sickness was completely gone.

Morning sickness can come and go (morning noon or night) and it can be there one day and not the next. You could get sick one day a week or be sick all day every day, each pregnancy is different and each woman handles it differently. Hope this helps:o)

It comes and goes for me. Last Thursday I was sick all day. Didn't throw up, just very neauseated. Haven't thrown up once in pregnancy it just the nausea that comes and goes. Usually food takes care of it and I feel better.
